December through March and June through August:

$375/night, two night minimum plus $100 cleaning fee or $2230/week (7 nights) includes cleaning fee. Cleaning fee included in all reservation 5 nights or more.

April, May and September through November:

$300/night, two night minimum plus $100 cleaning fee or $1800/week (7 nights) includes cleaning fee. Cleaning fee included in all reservation 5 nights or more.

Payments made by personal check paid in full will hold your reservation. A refundable security deposit in the amount of $300.00 is also required. Credit card and payments through PayPal also accepted.
